Is your Boyfriend too Controling...What are the signs?

The conversation always comes up when me and my friends are having our monthly gatherings "is he too controlling?" A question in which I could never accurately come to terms to answer for myself of for them, so in order to effectively determine if my man or friends men are too controlling is to go directly to the SIHLE implementation manual. SIHLE gives signs of controlling relationships and here they are.... Is your man Checking your cell phone or email without your permission, is he Extremely jealous or insecure, Does he have an Explosive temper, Does he Isolate you from family or friends, Does he falsely accuse you of things, Does he have mood swings, Is he possessive, and Does he tell you what to do. Now that we have warning signs of controlling, and abusive relationships we can accurately access if our men are abusive or controlling. So, the next time you think your man or friend’s man is abusive or controlling, look for these signs and if they ask where you got the characteristics from, inform them of the SIHLE project...
