2. Another new workout crave is ZUMBA. This awesome workout incorporates hip dance moves to up-tempo songs into a great cardio-boosting workout. You get to strut your dance moves on the floor and get in a great exercise session at the same time.

3. No time to go to the gym but you still want to get that workout with a personal trainer? No Problem! Some gyms have virtual sessions that they offer to people through fun apps like Skype and ooVoo. You get to still workout but you don't have to actually be in the gym.

4. Sitting at home and you want to get a good workout session. Have No Fear! many tv providers offer fitness stations built right into your cable/satellite plan. For instance OnDemand has a whole fitness sections with tons of workouts to choose from.

5. Looking for a new techno-savvy way to stay fit and it's good for on the go. Try downloading a fitness app right onto you iPhone, iPad, or iPod. New and exciting fitness apps are a good way to log and track your progress and have it at your fingertips.

6. And of course there is Twitter and Facebook. Follow your local gym to keep up on new and improved equipment they may have, new classes they are offering, and other information you will need to continue to stay fit.

7. THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP OF ALL
Go at your own pace. Being healthy and staying fit is important but not at the expense of your health and well being. Also remember DO NOT stress over losing weight and working out.
